Drum Roasted in Micro Batches to a Medium or Dark profile.

With balanced acidity, this coffee boasts a smooth character. Medium roast profile has notes of cocoa powder, citrus, and dried fruit, whereas our Dark roast profile shows notes of dark chocolate, smoke, and toasted marshmallow.
