LaCrescent is a cold vine variety developed at the University of Minnesota. It was specifically bred to withstand harsh winters. Known for its exceptional aromatic qualities, LaCrescent contributes vibrant notes of apricot, honey, and tropical fruits. The grape brings natural acidity and complexity to blends, balancing perfectly with the rounder characteristics of Chardonnay while adding distinctive floral elements and a refreshing finish.
